A golden-yellow color with fragrances of vanilla, butter and green notes of tomato stem on oak background due to its stay in French oak barrels for three months. The mouth is characterized by volume, cool acidity and long aftertaste with oak and citrus notes.

Vinification / Maturation
- Manual harvest and immediate transfer into the winery in small crates.
- Destemming and crushing in a pneumatic press.
- Static settling and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (16 °C).
- Sur lie aging for three months in 300L French oak barrels.
