  The project was to rebirth the Domaine d'Aussières, one of the most beautiful and oldest estates in the Narbonne-Languedoc region. The estate, which covers almost 600 hectares, underwent an extensive restoration project, with the gradual replanting of the 167-hectare vineyard and the reconstruction of the winery.
