Thesis

Pale white-yellow colour with rich fragrance of lemon blossoms and roses. Cool acidity followed by round body and complex long aftertaste.

Vinification/maturation

  • The grapes are refrigerated and then follows cool maceration for 6-8 hours.
  • Controlled fermentation in low temperature.
  • Maturation in stainless steel tanks with gradual agitation of wine lees for 5 weeks.
