Wine with attractive and extraordinary pale peach colour with elegant aromas of cherry, sour cherry and pomegranate. Distinctive round tannins from Agiorgitiko and particular acidity from Assyrtiko that give us a prolonged aftertaste.
- Early harvest, pre-fermentation cool maceration for 3 hours.
- It follows separation of the juice without pressure.
- Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (14-16OC).
- It matures with fine lees for three months in stainless tanks.
