Monolithos Rose

Wine with attractive and extraordinary pale peach colour with elegant aromas of cherry, sour cherry and pomegranate. Distinctive round tannins from Agiorgitiko and particular acidity from Assyrtiko that give us a prolonged aftertaste.


  • Early harvest, pre-fermentation cool maceration for 3 hours.
  • It follows separation of the juice without pressure.
  • Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (14-16OC).
  • It matures with fine lees for three months in stainless tanks.
80% Agiorgitiko, 20% Assyrtiko
